Baker Tim Healea has made it official at the West End bakery affectionally known as "Tiny T": Little T Baker (differentiated from its SE Division flagship by dropping the word "American") is now slinging a "greatest hits" menu of morning pastries (chocolate praline croissants, slices of pumpkin bread), loaves of Little T's popular breads and baguettes, sweets (seasonally inspired cupcakes and cookies), and Coava Coffee.

As promised, the diminutive 400-square-foot-space inside the Union Way retail alley offers limited seating, so the focus is on grab-and-go eating: a short breakfast and lunch menu offers granola, bread with butter and preserves, and four sandwiches on house bread (like a fresh mozzarella with semi-dried tomato and basil; fennel salami with pecorino and olive salad). Little T Baker is open now. Hours of operation: 8a.m. to 6p.m., Monday through Friday; 9a.m. to 5p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
