Chef Paul Klitsie, the long-time owner of the Pearl District's Fratelli, is opening his second restaurant — across the river. Willem's on Main will debut next week in downtown Vancouver, WA (at 907 Main Street), in a space formerly home to Café al Dente. According to a press release, the 49-seat space will highlight Washington ingredients and artisans in a menu with "with strong Italian and French influences, matched with a modern technique." Once open, the restaurant will serve lunch three days a week and dinner Thursday through Monday. More information as it becomes available. [EaterWire] [Photo: TripAdvisor]
