Pastry chef Clare Gordon, most recently of Ava Gene's, has moved up to Seattle to help open Jason Stratton's upcoming restaurant Aragona. Seattle Met's Allecia Vermillion sits down with Gordon, who says, "In Portland, people don't order dessert as much...
