Despite initial plans to re-open this fall, the new SE 11th location of Pine State Biscuits is now on-track for late 2013 opening. The Oregonian reports that co-owners Brian Snyder, Walt Alexander, and Kevin Atchley just broke ground on the space inside the former Jimmy's Tire building, but plan an "aggressive build-out" that would see them open by the end of the year.
