Pok Pok's Andy Ricker keeps a food diary — aka Grub Street diet — chronicling a week's worth of meals as prepares to move Pok Pok Ny. The list reveals that Ricker doesn't cook at home much, and among his meals eaten: Dinner at "a restaurant that cost $32 million to renovate," lunches of green juice and peanut-butter crackers, and a cameo by Le Pigeon.
