Food & Wine checks in with the Southeast Wine Collective as it prepares for a November celebration inspired by Beaujolais. The streetside celebration features festive dishes by St. Jack's Aaron Barnett and requires some serious Gamay hunting. Says Bow & Arrow's Scott Frank: "There was a fair amount of Gamay planted in Oregon in the late 1970s and '80s, but a lot was torn up. We have to be grape detectives to find hidden plots." [F&W]
