Ken Forkish is assembling a dream team over at his hotly anticipated restaurant/bar/bakery Trifecta Tavern: The Oregonian reports that Laurelhurst Market bar manager Eric Nelson is on board, as is now-former Castagna pastry chef Eve Kuttemann. Says Forkish of the bakery and pastry program: "Her and I are going to have fun." Trifecta is still on-track for a November opening. [OregonLive]
