La Taq Now Open with Beaker & Flask's Kevin Ludwig Behind the Bar

As previously promised, Rodney Muirhead's taqueria/Mexican cantina La Taq officially opened its doors earlier this week, and Eat Beat reveals the identity of the "secret" ace bartender Muirhead previously refused to name: former Beaker & Flask owner Kevin Ludwig. Ludwig's eight-item cocktail menu features drinks like the Xanarita, a "margarita spin-off with carrot juice, cilantro simple syrup, and cumin sprinkled on the top."
