Dia de Los Muertos at MMM; An Ox Event at OMSI

The Dentons will collaborate with Bon Appétit's Ryan Morgan on a four-course dinner (including passed appetizers) that combines food science demonstrations with dishes like cocoa-braised lamb shoulder and fried brussels sprouts.
