Clyde Common chef Chris DiMinno, who will leave his longtime post at the West End restaurant in January 2014, has revealed his new gig: BikePortland.org reports that DiMinno will launch the new events branch of Chris King Precision Components, the lauded bike company that's perhaps best-known in food circles for its chef rides during Feast Portland. According to a King spokesperson, DiMinno, an avid cyclist himself, will spearhead "external food events" that tie together cycling and food. [BikePortland.org]
