PoMo is the latest to check in on SE Foster's upcoming Latin market Portland Mercado, which plans to break ground around the new year. In addition to the previously reported bakery, food-cart spaces, and ice cream shop, there's now plans for a taproom "featuring beer and wine from all over Latin America."
