Gastropub chainlet the Thirsty Lion will open its third Portland-area location tonight in Hillsboro's Streets of Tanasbourne shopping complex (the brand's fourth location is in Arizona). The Hillsboro location will offer 52 beers on tap, two daily happy hours from Monday through Friday, and a food menu featuring dishes like burgers, sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, and corned beef and cabbage.
