Cha Cha Cha, Greenleaf Juice Co. Slated for S. Waterfront

The South Waterfront's still-under-construction Emery Building has lured two new restaurant tenants: The Oregonian reports that Mexican chainlet Cha! Cha! Cha! has signed a lease for its ninth Portland-area location in a 1,700-square-foot space inside the building; Greenleaf Juicing Co., meanwhile, will open its fourth area store in the Emery. Both concepts join the already announced Lovejoy Bakers, which will open a hybrid "bakery and deli."

Per the O, that leaves three vacant retail spaces in the first building in the Zidell Yards project: The Emery will house more than 115 apartment units. No word yet on project opening dates; more information as it becomes available.
