The long-baking second location of Pacific Pie Co. has pushed back its opening date: Though initial plans were to open in NW 23rd's new Savier Street Flats in late summer, owners Sarah Curtis-Fawley and Chris Powell now plan to swing the doors open in early December. The Savier Street building seems to specialize in two-space expansions: It's also home to a second location of Twist Frozen Yogurt (which opened in August) and the upcoming second restaurant from the St. Jack team.
