Former Metrovino bartender Jacob Grier (who's now behind the stick at the Hop & Vine) has landed a book deal for Cocktails on Tap: The Art of Mixing Spirits And Beer. According to Publishers Marketplace (subscription required), the 50-recipe book — which Grier unsuccessfully tried to Kickstart earlier this year — will be published by Stewart, Tabori & Chang. David L. Reamer (who shot the recent Toro Bravo and Le Pigeon cookbooks) will photograph. [PM]
