On the official website for her upcoming pastry luncheonette Maurice, Kristen Murray reveals some menu details for the hybrid bakery/diner. The daytime luncheonette will feature oysters on the half-shell, goat-filled bisteeya (savory meat pies), and polenta clafouti with confit chicken heart. For evening dessert, expect plates of black pepper cheesecake, rhubarb and celery leaf cheese, and creme brulee pops.
