CONCORDIA— NE 30th's charming bistro Cocotte is expanding into its adjacent storefront to expand its dining room. According to chef/owner Kat LeSueur, the renovation will add 20 seats to the bistro's dining room, "mainly streamlining to make the whole room cleaner, brighter, and more comfortable for guests," she says. The added space will also increase Cocotte's square footage for private dinners and large parties. Cocotte is open during construction; expect the new dining room to be ready in a few weeks.
