CENTRAL EASTSIDE INDUSTRIAL—The pie-makers at Pacific Pie Co. have announced a collaboration with the nearby Distillery Row, offering spirits-inspired pie fillings throughout the month of February. The shop's "Spirited Pie Series" features pies made with a liqueur or spirit from four local distilleries — including Stone Barn BrandyWorks's strawberry liqueur, featured in a strawberry white chocolate pie, and Eastside Distilling's coffee rum. BEAVERTON—NJ-based chain Jersey Mike's Subs has opened its second area location. Per the Portland Business Journal, the sandwich shop opened last Wednesday at the Canyon Place shopping center in Beaverton.
