Full Sail Brewing is pulling the plug on a longstanding beer. WWeek reports that the Hood River-based brewery has discontinued its Full Sail Pale Ale to dedicate brewing space to new and seasonal beers. Brewmaster Jamie Emmerson tells WW, "We're in the business of freshness and looking at trends," meaning six-packs of Full Sail's Nut Brown Ale and Wassail will hit shelves in the pale's place. [WW]
