A 30-year-old NE Portland mainstay will close its doors after this weekend. The Oregonian breaks the news that the Refectory Grill, described as "once one of Portland's busiest restaurants," will permanently shutter after service on Sunday. According to the O, owner Mitch Stanley was unable to renegotiate the lease at NE 122nd and Halsey, and "a dollar store is poised to take over the space." [OregonLive] [Photo]
