Arbitrary Listage

The Daily Meal has unleashed its now-annual list of the 101 Best Restaurants in America, compiled and ranked by "an illustrious panel of judges." As with the 2012 list, Gabriel Rucker's Le Pigeon and Naomi Pomeroy's Beast make the cut — the former dropping 10 spots and the latter climbing a stunning 35 spots to land at #34. Noticeably absent: Pok Pok, which almost made the top 10 in 2012, is off the list entirely. [Daily Meal]
