Fifty Licks Opening Update; Mama Mia Brunches

DIVISION/CLINTON—The upcoming SE Clinton scoop shop by ice cream cart Fifty Licks has pushed back its projected opening date, from April to June 2013. According to a press release, the shop, situated at 2021 SE Clinton, will offer 12 rotating ice cream flavors (with some vegan-friendly varieties) and two soft-serve options, with plans to be open from 11a.m. to 10p.m. More as it becomes available. Italian-American spot Mama Mia Trattoria has announced it'll launch a weekly brunch service this Saturday, featuring menu items like Italian sausage and mozzarella scrambles and brioche French toast.
