Adventures in Drinking

Tonight, Cascade Brewing Barrel House kicks off its annual Fruit Fest — a celebration of all beers tart and fruity — with more than 30 taps dedicated to the brewery's sour-beer experiments (like a "Fall Apple" brew made entirely from pink peppercorn, or the "Fruit Loops," featuring apricot, cherry, raspberry and lemon). Through the end of the weekend, beers are available for $2 per taster, and the beer lineup will rotate as the days progress. More information here. [EaterWire]
