Also: The spot plans to launch a Sunday brunch service starting on Easter (March 31) — featuring options like fried chicken and waffles, Dungeness crab cake eggs benedict, and a version of loco moco with wagyu beef, sushi rice, egg, gravy, and caramelized onion. BEAVERTONA major expansion is underway for Uptown Market — the homebrew store/bottleshop on SW Scholls Ferry Road has announced plans to open its own in-house brewery.
