SOUTH WATERFRONT—The Waterfront's much-talked-about Quartet has announced the debut of an all-day happy hour on Sundays, from 3p.m. to close. Also: The spot plans to launch a Sunday brunch service starting on Easter (March 31) — featuring options like fried chicken and waffles, Dungeness crab cake eggs benedict, and a version of loco moco with wagyu beef, sushi rice, egg, gravy, and caramelized onion.
