SOUTH WATERFRONT—The Waterfront's much-talked-about Quartet has announced the debut of an all-day happy hour on Sundays, from 3p.m. to close. Also: The spot plans to launch a Sunday brunch service starting on Easter (March 31) — featuring options like fried chicken and waffles, Dungeness crab cake eggs benedict, and a version of loco moco with wagyu beef, sushi rice, egg, gravy, and caramelized onion. BEAVERTONA major expansion is underway for Uptown Market — the homebrew store/bottleshop on SW Scholls Ferry Road has announced plans to open its own in-house brewery. The planned Uptown Market Brewery would be the first brewery in nearby Beaverton, and yes, there's a crowd-sourcing campaign already underway. The brewery's tentative opening date: July 2013. SELLWOOD—A slight shift in hours to report at Jade Teahouse. Starting this weekend, the popular spot will be closed on Sundays; in place of Sunday service, it'll now be open every Monday from 11a.m. to 9p.m. [EaterWire]
