Former Vino Paradiso and DOC chef Paul Losch has resurfaced with the launch of a pop-up supperclub. According to an announcement, the Wind-Up Supperclub will offer guests a "different experience each time," with a menu and location changing with each month. The first event, scheduled for March 3 somewhere in NE Portland, has room for just 10 guests. The five-course affair features courses like seaweed-cured scallops and roasted squab, with the $50 reservation inclusive of a cocktail and "family-style" beer and wine. More information here.
