Carpaccio Trattoria, the Italian restaurant which shuttered earlier this year after eight months on NE MLK, is now facing a lawsuit filed by its building's owners. WWeek brings word that owners David Rizzo and chef Francesco Solda are being sued by Fremont-MLK Properties LLC for more than $27,000 in back rent, plus another $400,000 in damages and for "breach of contract."
