Lincoln chef/owner Jenn Louis visits the Bon Appetit kitchen to cook up some buzz for her upcoming gnocchi-focused cookbook, which will be "the first gnocchi cookbook ever published in English." The book, slated for release in 2014, will feature 40 recipes "from gnudi to trofie," including one for gnocchi ricci, a wheat-and-egg variety that, per Louis, was briefly in danger of dying out.
