1) Old Town: The space that house just-shuttered Old Town music venue Someday Lounge already has a new tenant, in the form of the 5th Avenue Lounge. WWeek reports that the new incarnation will be "a cocktail-centric space intended for the over-25 crowd," and some of the Someday's original owners still own a minority share. [WW]

2) SE Hawthorne: A former pet supply storefront is currently being revamped to welcome Devil's Dill Sandwiches, a sandwich shop by California native/chef Gavin Duffy. According to the Daily Journal of Commerce, the 814-square-foot spot will offer "late-night gourmet take-out and delivery." [DJC]

3) E. Burnside: The magical world of OLCC applications reveals that a 27-seat wine bar, dubbed Parlour Wine Bar & Shoppe, is set to take over a former salon space at E. Burnside and SE 32nd (right across the street from Laurelhurst Market). [EaterWire]
