More Alum Dinners at Paley's; Saigon Pearl Shutters

NW/ALPHABET DISTRICT—An early head's up for an event that's bound to sell out: The second installment of Vitaly Paley's ongoing Paley's Place anniversary series — celebrating the restaurant's 18th anniversary — is set for Thursday, March 21, with guest chefs Scott Ketterman (of Crown Paella) and pastry chef Kristen Murray.
