Food & Wine's online voting thingy is back, this time for the People's Best Pastry Chef. Portland has two representing in the Western division: St. Jack's Alissa Rozos (whose quintessential dessert is a "Baked Alaska with caramelized pear ice cream, pear sorbet and toasted meringue" and Andina's Megan Vargas (signature dish: canutos de quinoa y maracuya).
