More things-with-holes are slated to take over SE Powell's former Acme Donuts space. WWeek reports that Spielman Coffee Roasters will take over the space, turning it into a "commissary-style kitchen to make bagels in wholesale quantities." Spielman, which opened its coffeeshop on SE Division in December 2011, has quickly amassed a following for its bagels since the infamous Bagel Crisis of 2012. [WW]
