WWeek's annual food cart festival Eat Mobile has announced its 2013 installment, set for April 27 in the OMSI parking lot. As in previous years, the festival will the crown winners of Portland's coveted "Carty" Award (essentially "Best in Show"), and the $20 entry fee gets guests tastes from more than 50 participating food carts — from 808 Grinds to Artigiano, Gaufre Gourmet to Taco Pedlar.
