Chef Stacey Givens (of the Side Yard Farm) has turned to crowd-funding site Kickstarter to raise funds for the Nomadic Chef, a mobile kitchen that can help bring Side Yard Farm pop-up brunches and dinners to any Portland neighborhood (Givens currently cooks monthly pop-up brunches at the SE Wine Collective and on-site at the NE Portland farm). The project is seeking $15,000 in funds to outfit a mobile trailer with the necessary equipment. [Kickstarter]
