PoMo brings two new bits of information: First, SE's Spielman Coffee Roasters will soon expand into a neighboring space, adding 30 new seats and expanding the menu to offer lunchtime bagel sandwiches. Second, NE's wholesale-only Henry Higgins Boiled Bagels has opened a weekend retail shop at its production facility, offering bagels direct to consumer from 7a.m. to 1p.m., Friday through Sunday.
