A few hints are surfacing for the menu at SW Market's upcoming Bistro Marquee, which features former Screen Door chef Rick Widmayer in the kitchen. Per this online survey, the French/New American spot is eyeing dishes like wild boar meatballs with slow cooked polenta; cavatelli with braised pork ragu; and a foraged mushroom torte with sherry and black truffle.
