Last night, the Travel Channel's Bizarre Foods aired its long-awaited Portland episode, in which host Andrew Zimmern "meets the free-thinking food connoisseurs" of the city described as "a refuge for those seeking alternative lifestyles." During his visit, ZImmern visited everyone from Salt & Straw to Lincoln to Olympic Provisions. In the following clip, he helps the team at Laurelhurst Market cook up its interpretation of pig-head scrapple: "Did you just say get all the good eye socket meat?"
