After three years at Bruce Carey's Nob Hill restaurant 23 Hoyt, chef Amber Webster-Shaw is moving on. According to an email, Webster-Shaw will soon start a new job at a gourmet food importer: "It is a bittersweet opportunity for me as I am saddened to leave Bruce, Joe and the great people of BCR and 23Hoyt but I am excited by this new chapter in my life."
