W. Burnside's Bitter End Pub — best known for its cheap pints and Timbers-fan patrons — isn't done yet. WWeek reports that the dive, which quietly shuttered sometime in the off-season, will reopen later this year under new ownership that includes Dwayne Beliakoff (of the maybe-temporarily-shuttered Violetta).
