Just four years since opening their first stand at the Beaverton Farmers Market — and two years after the debut of their SE brick-and-mortar — the Aussie-inspired Pacific Pie Co. is readying a second restaurant location. Owners Sarah Curtis-Fawley and Chris Powell will open a spot in the still-under-construction Savier Street Flats on NW 23rd Avenue. As previously reported, the two-building apartment complex will also be home to a second location of Twist Frozen Yogurt and a resurrected version of the New Old Lompoc, now renamed Lompoc Tavern. (The New Old Lompoc building which was originally demolished to make room for the new structure.)
According to an announcement, Pacific Pie's NW location will be open "late summer 2013." More information as it becomes available.
