The once bike-delivery-only Taco the Town has added two more wheels to its operation. The spot has rebranded into the Guero PDX food cart, debuting today in the burgeoning SE 28th and Ankeny pod (also home to the Grilled Cheese Grill and Wolf & Bear's).
