Looks like construction's officially underway at SW Stark Street's long-stewing "alleyway project" in the former Red Cap Garage space. Now called Union Way, the site will house 12 retail spaces in a "large multi-tenant retail and restaurant corridor." Last month, restaurateur/empire builder Micah Camden confirmed that he'll open a ramen joint, Boxer Ramen, on-site. No word yet on possible other restaurant tenants; more information as it becomes available. [DJC, EaterWire]
