The five-course collaborative dinner features courses by Paley, Barwikowski, and current executive chef Patrick McKee, including plates like grilled beef tongue and octopus terrine, and a ham-and-mushroom stuffed rabbit. CENTRAL EASTSIDE INDUSTRIAL—Simpatica Dining Hall joins forces with Dundee's Torii Mor for a four-course wine-pairing dinner this Friday, May 17. Chef Jameson Maspaitella will offer up courses like cured salmon with pickled fiddleheads and a Wagyu bavette steak with creamed spinach, potatoes, and Pinot butter.
