Old Town's back-room bar Harlem is indeed re-opening under different ownership. WWeek reports that the nighclub — originally part of Dustin Knox's short-lived deep-fried hot dog concept — will soon reopen with a "broader musical selection," outdoor seating, and food served onto the street provided by Korean taco cart KOi Fusion.
