Young Guns 2013

For the past few weeks, Eater National has been toasting the 50 Eater Young Guns semifinalists for 2013, and today, St. Jack pastry chef Alissa Rozos gets the spotlight. Says famed New York City pastry chef (and current cronut king) Dominique Ansel of his onetime team member: "Right away, she was so good.... You teach her once, and she'd get it every time after."
