Last week, Eater revealed the 50 semifinalists for the 2013 Eater Young Guns, and today brings the first of many introductions to the candidates. First up: Salt & Straw flavor-maker Tyler Malek, who gets a resounding endorsement from TV food person Andrew Zimmern: "Every ingredient just reeks of Portland.
