SE Hawthorne's Apizza Scholls recently appeared on the premiere episode of the Cooking Channel's Pizza Cuz, where chef/owner Brian Spangler showed hosts (and Artichoke Pizza owners) Sal Basille and Francis Garcia how he makes his Amatriciana pie, which features house-made bacon.
