More coffee news brewing: Water Avenue Coffee will soon open a mini espresso bar inside SE Stark's ENSO Winery, giving the evening-only tasting room a caffeinated morning component starting in June. Per Sprudge, "the plan is for a series of collaborative tastings as well as wine and coffee pairing options," with the coffeeshop opening at 7a.m. daily. The set-up mimics NW 21st's M Bar/Sterling Coffee, which also offers a coffeeshop-by-day, bar-by-night. [Sprudge]
