DOWNTOWN—As promised, the transformation from Hatch into an outpost of Killer Burger is complete. Two weeks ago, co-owners Mark McCrary and TJ Southard announced plans to close their new Southwestern-inspired restaurant into the fifth outpost of Killer Burger, and the new burger joint made its debut late last week.
