DOWNTOWN—As promised, the transformation from Hatch into an outpost of Killer Burger is complete. Two weeks ago, co-owners Mark McCrary and TJ Southard announced plans to close their new Southwestern-inspired restaurant into the fifth outpost of Killer Burger, and the new burger joint made its debut late last week. The spot inherits Hatch's full liquor license and a back-room pinball lounge. Hours of operation: 11a.m. to 9pm., Monday through Thursday; 11a.m. to 10p.m., Friday and Saturday. More information here. [EaterWire]
