The Central Eastside has welcomed a new food cart pod at SE MLK and Washington. PoMo is the first to spot the seven-cart pod, tented seating and free wi-fi. Among the carts parked: a second location of late-night Old Town taco cart Taqueria Las Piedritas, a third location of Scoop Handmade Ice Cream, and soup-and-chowder spot Castle Cauldron.
