NE Everett's cart pod Green Castle Food Court will call it quits — again — at the end of this summer, and WWeek reports that this shutter will be permanent, as the lot will be cleared to make way for a new five-story apartment building. In October 2011, Green Castle closed due to zoning issues with the city, but re-opened with new carts in summer 2012. Per WW, the pod's current tenants have been offered spaces in NE Sandy's Rose City Food Park. [WW]
